Cayuga Sustainable Hospitality is dedicated to the management and development of small sustainable luxury hotels, resorts and lodges in Latin America. From our base in San José, Costa Rica, we have been proudly leading the management of ecolodges and boutique hotels in Costa Rica, Panama and Nicaragua since 1999.
The owners of Cayuga Sustainable Hospitality are Andrea Bonilla and Hans Pfister, both Cornell University Hotel School graduates and dedicated ecotourism professionals.
The Cayuga Collection is made up of 7 independent hotels in different regions of Central America. The collection represents sales of over US$20 million and provides year-round employment to over 450 local employees, and protects over 1,500 acres of rainforest (pre-Covid).
